Fresh sandwiches and salads that whole family loves...although the kids were disappointed the ice cream machine was down.

Jasons Deli at Hamilton Place l, Chattanooga, when THEY mislabeled and mixed up deliveries so that I received the wrong order, and when the delivery driver called them to go back to get my order told her to just let the customer deal with it - well to me thats the worst customer service Ive ever heard. The manager there should be retrained or just fired. Horrible. They obviously dont care about customer service. Too bad - their food is really good.

This place is such a good pick if you are in the mood for a good salad bar. They usually keep it very clean and neat around the bar. I enjoy being able to make my own salad and have all the options. The only thing I don't like is that they are usually out of some of the breads they offer. Sometimes, you have to request things be filled, but they are pretty quick about it. I've been here over 30 times and have only ate one sandwich & it was good, but I go here mainly for the salad bar. Oh, and don't let me add the fact they have the best ice cream chocolate, vanilla, or swirl. Lunch and dinner both have about the same crowd. Sometimes, they are very busy, but there has never been a time I haven't been able to get a table or quickly be served. Highly recommend if you enjoy a good salad. The only reason for the 4 stars is bc they run out of things often. Vegetarian options: Salad bar & soups Dietary restrictions: Salad bar Parking: In a shopping mall, you might have to walk a little if the front is full but the area is big.
