Front receptionist is very rude. Has a bad attitude like she doesnt want to be there. Her whole vibe is just so negative. Didnt even get to see the doctor because I had to leave ASAP just from how much she was bringing me down. While Im already sick. Toxic person. Only gave a two star because the place is in an alright location.

Best doctor hands down in Clarksville! The nurses are amazing and truly care about their patients. We absolutely love Anita! Dr. Schott is always there when you need him. My little girl has seizures and I know she is in good hands with them!

I arrived at 3:20 for an appt. at 3:30. An hour later and I'd still not seen a doctor. So, I honestly don't know if this is a good doctor, but I really needed to see one and made an appt. in advance, so I'd say a doctor one cannot see is a bad one. These things go much smoother if people would be honest and transparent. I could have been told ahead of time that the doctor is running more than an hour late and asked if I wanted to move my appt. I would have appreciated that and moved it to another date. There is no excuse for just leaving patients waiting for a ridiculously long time without even acknowledging it.

I've been with Dr. Schott and his team of superwomen for around 3 years now and I'm happy there. Dr. Schott is great and patient with my kids. They enjoy him. I took them to Rainbow Clinic once during the height of flu season and they both chose Dr. Schott after that appointment. And a week later I ended up back in Dr. Schott' s due to my kids still being sick with a NASTY cough that eventually made it's way through my husband and I. As for the lady at the front, Dawn I like her so much and she deals with me well. It didn't take her long to realize that if I was going to make my appointments then afternoon scheduling is a must and in all honesty she is there to collect your money so she's gotta be a bit hard core and I respect that about her. I have hit traffic a few times on Warfield which has made me late and she's always been more than kind about letting me keep my appointment and that's huge for me! So in return I never mind when they are running behind schedule and the wait is a touch long. It's impossible to figure every patient's timeframe and I would much rather be able to have my child seen the day of than take them to Rainbow only to wind up paying two copays b/c when it's all said and done we are bk at Dr. Schott' s office with the same problem.
