        Other renters are wonderful! Staff is amazing, the main leaser (Melanie) will invade privacy and come at you with an attitude! Don't recommend unless they find a different person for the role!

        Melanie is a great land lord. She keeps this place nice and clean, she does what the owners require of her, she has real concern for families living here. We recommend this complex.

        You never know when you'll have a parking spot or not. I fell due to a faulty step with my 3week old baby and they refused to fix it. Which I interpret as they don't care about me and my family's well-being and safety. I'm leaving asap.

        Melanie has been wonderful with answering all my questions and helping me with my experience at Pine Forest. I have been at the apartments almost 2 years now, as I have just renewed my lease. The neighbors are kind and friendly. I have only ever had one problem in my apartment which they had someone come out quickly and efficiently to handle. Very happy to call Pine Forest home!
