Terrible experience. I got two crowns put on and one crown fell off after 9 months. The office staff tried to charge me to get adjustments on the work they did and to see the dentist when the crown finally came off. They kept telling me I needed a root canal and they weren't adjusting it anymore, even though I went to the endodontist that they referred and he told me I didn't need a root canal. I kept telling them I don't want a root canal and the office staff was extremely rude and raised their voice at me and insisted on their way on multiple occasions. This was extremely stressful for me to have an ill-fitting crown, not wanting an unneeded root canal and unable to see the dentist about it for months until it broke in half. Then, after it came off they wanted to charge me over $400 to fix it. I had already spent over $1500 for the crowns with insurance (they say they are in "network" but not all of their services are). When I called my insurance company they told me that they cover crowns 100% with an in network dentists. I went all the way Knoxville and had my crown re-done for free at another dentist. They told me I didn't need a root canal and that the tooth they put the crown on was way too big for a crown to be placed on and it was too thin to stay on. I thought I was done with them but I just got a bill for $121.00 for x-rays from 2 years ago. I remember that visit and telling them I didn't want the x-rays because I was concerned my insurance wouldn't pay. I had just had x-rays at another dentist and didn't want to pay for it, but they insisted I needed to get them done and that my insurance would pay for it. Well, 2 years later now they didn't. They said that it would have only been $29.00 for x-rays if I paid for it as self-pay but since they already billed my insurance that I had to pay the $121.00. So they lied to me that my insurance would pay and insisted I get the x-rays and charged me full price for it. The worst part is I've spent almost $2000 there and I could have gotten it all done for free at the other dentist. Plus Im afraid the other crown they did will fail as well. Don't go here, please find another dentist.

I came in six months ago for a check up and talked to the dentist on whats gonna happen, I came back today to get one tooth pulled and man oh man that dentist saved my life. Lol. He made sure I was COMPLETELY numbed up and reassured me its going to be okay. Ive always had anxiety when I go to dentist just from trauma as a kid. But for all my future dental work Ill make sure hes the one doing it! I forgot his name but hes got black hair and glasses. Thank you Sir for being patient and reassuring with me, also the staff is AMAZING all the women at the front sealed greeted me with a smile. I called as soon as they opened and asked if they had room to fit me in today and they said yes just come on in. I came in at 9:50 left at 10:30. Quick and easy! The dental assistant was phenomenal as well:)

Would highly recommend anyone with anxiety or a simple fear of the dentist to please check out our friends at Castle Dental. Ive always had a really heavy anxiety at the dentist, but they gave me amazing feedback, and even answered every one of my endless questions. They curated a plan on how to help me reach my dental health and appearance goals. The receptionist was joking around and making me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. Thank you guys for all you do! Will recommend anyone I know! :)

I waited to review this office as I felt after the first visit that they would be my dental providers and I wanted to have more than one visit before I rated them. With that being said, I first visited this office three years ago when I was having a dental emergency the dentist was very kind and the team there are very welcoming and warm and they will help you with anything and they will not overwhelm you. They take into consideration that anxiety happens and they try their best to make sure that youre OK, the procedure that I had to have done I was referred out for to have oral surgery and I was prescribed pain medication and an antibiotic. The cost for the extraction was quite a bit as I didnt have insurance but my initial appointment with them was pretty good. The dentist had a very kind bed side manner, and took everything into account. I went back to see them again this week with a decade out to thats causing me pain in the inability to bite down and I was told that I would have to go and get bone grass and extraction and a bridge put in my mouth with a grand total of over 5K And I was told that they could do nothing for the pain that I was experiencing as a nurse as somebody that respects the medical system that if you are in this role that you should know the amount of pain that your patients are experiencing and not offering them. Actual relief is insane. Im not sure if something maybe happened with his license in the past three years to make it so he can no longer prescribe pain medication, and if he were to look on the database for narcotics registry, he would see that I havent been prescribed narcotics Since he prescribed them to me at my last dental appointment (lol) So that was very offputting. I chose to go there now even having insurance and not accepting my insurance just because I knew that their bedside manner would be kind but I didnt feel that the dentist handled me the right way in this case scenario and for that, I dont think Ill go back.
