        ONE reason why I gave it 5 stars. Long story short. I pulled up to the drive thru and I was maybe five cars behind, nevertheless, after about 20-25 minutes of me FINALLY receiving my order ( one chicken sandwich ) the young lady was so apologetic about my wait she said it's free. Here's my 5 star reason. SHE APOLOGIZED CAUSE SHE WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE RUNNING THE STORE besides the cook. She wouldn't even take a tip from me. Wow!

        I placed a mobile order and gave a 20 minutes window to pickup. I arrived to get my order. Was told to wait someone would be with me shortly. I waited almost 10 more minutes to be waited on at the counter. My order was still at the receipt printer. One of my employees came in whom was apparently a regular. She placed her order at the counter and was gone about 10 minutes before me while I was waiting for my order to be made. Almost forty minutes after I placed my order I was finally on my way. Moral of the story. Go in and place the order. Placing it on line is an apparent after thought at this restaurant. The fish sandwich was great. The potatoes and gravy were old and not much gravy. The chicken sandwich was not that fresh either. Service awful.
