        I called today and had an urgent need to get my garage door fixed! It wouldnt go down. The receptionist was so thoughtful and caring and called the technician, Jerry- even though he had a full plate today- He worked late to fix my garage doors! He even checked my other garage before he left to make sure those doors didnt need service to prevent issues in the future. Jerry was a Jewel! I hope Evans knows it! Hard to get that good of customer service these days! When I buy my new garage doorsIm calling Evans, for sure!!
