Nolan did my home inspection during the purchasing process. He did a fantastic job. I have done a lot of service reports from my time as a field service engineer and I know how important details are for an individual who isn't present!! Nolan understands this as well and ensured the reports had as much detail as possible!! I had two inspections completed on two different homes and I felt like I was the one doing them. After the completion of both I knew the inside and out of the homes. The first one actually made me reconsider my offer due to hidden moisture damage. I highly recommend his work!! Great price and completed the inspection the day I called or within a 48 hour time frame. Thanks Nolan!!

I called to inquire about services provided and time frames in preparation for putting a contract on a home purchase. The person I spoke with was rude and short. He said he doesn't have time for this because we werent yet under contract. In the current sellers market its important to know how soon you can turn around an inspection and complete other due diligence.

Many of my clients have used Nolan Swanson Inspections over the last 15+ years. I have never had anyone say they were disappointed in his reports. Not everyone likes what he might find, but that's what his is paid to do. Knowledge is power when you know the truth! Thank you Nolan Swanson for everything you do.

We hired Nolan Swanson on the recommendation of our realtor to inspect a house we were considering purchasing.  We requested they really dig deep to see what they could find wrong with the house.  Not only did they not identify many issues with the house but they said it was is good shape.  They were to inspect roof, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc. They mentioned the gutters might need to be cleaned but not a single issue with the roof.  The roof wasn't in good shape and on the first rain, one of the bedrooms flooded.  (see pictures below)  Overall, we were told the house was in decent shape.  NOT TRUE AT ALL!!  Some appliances weren't working, the electrical was so bad we were afraid of a house fire, HVAC not working properly, drain issue, toilets not working, the list goes on and on.  So many issues are wrong with the house and we have spent thousands of dollars trying to make the house livable.  Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this company.
