Hampton Inn Cleveland

One of the nicest hotel's I have been too. ALL of the people working there were so happy and friendly. It was obvious that they really like their job. The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Most definitely recommend staying there.

I waited to write a review to see if the Hampton would respond to email They did not. We stayed in room 211 on Saturday March 16th. When I entered the hotel I had ZERO bug bites, when I woke up that Sunday morning I had several bug bites (I'm assuming fleas, but not certain) We paid a total of $160 for a night and should NOT have to worry about leaving with bug bites. Rooms: Sub-standard. Not worth the $, especially if your going to wake up with bug bites. Paper thin walls Food & drinks: The breakfast was great and the woman working in that area was extremely friendly. Also, the front desk lady was very polite Noteworthy details: Fleas (I'm guessing) something bit me while I slept

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. Some of the worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life. We stopped here after a long day of traveling to just spend the night to continue our drive home in the morning. We had a room booked for five. When we got there, we were given a room with two queen beds. We went to the front desk and were told that no rooms could accommodate five. They then called the manager and said actually they could accommodate five, but we needed to have a rollaway. Which wasnt a problem at all. So they were going to deliver the rollaway while we were at dinner. We came back after dinner and the rollaway was not there. Visited the front desk again and was told that they cant find any Rollaways. We then made my daughter a bed on the floor because it was now 10 oclock at night, and there was no other options for us. At approximately 11 PM we are woken up by a knock on the door that they had miraculously found a rollaway. At that point everybody was sleeping anyways. Due to the hassle they said they would comp our room for the night. Guess what? I was still charged. Ive been trying to reach the manager for a week, have called four times, and left numerous messages and cant even get a call back. Completely ridiculous.

Ms. Beryl forgive me if I spelled it wrong. She has a beautiful soul. First day there wetalked for almost 30 minutes or so. Tell her to continue to be great, and start baking again! Walkability: There were alot of near food places to walk to
