I cannot thank Jeff and Jordan enough. They resolved an impossible situation- significant root issues leading to a backed-up septic system at a remote mountainside cabin with limited access, steep elevations and an unknown tank location- within hours. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they locate the tank and clear it of the roots, but they found a way to pump it despite the change in elevation between the septic tank and road access.
