I met Leonora when she contacted me to perform a Home Inspection on a property she was going to list for a client. She genuinely cares about her clients and doing the best by them, so much so that she contracted and paid for a Pre-Listing Home Inspection so she and her client would be aware of any issues that may be present with the home. She may be new to the area but she is definitely not new to the business. This is clearly evident in how she treats her clients and any other professionals that she interacts with. Very few in the Real Estate Industry take money out of their own pocket to pay for an inspection before even listing the property. It just shows her professionalism and her genuine desire to provide the best possible service for her clients. To make sure the property is sale ready and that the client is fully aware of any issues that my be uncovered when I potential buyer has a Home Inspection. This proactive attitude is both rare and refreshing in the industry today. I recommend her without reservation or hesitation regardless of whether you are looking to purchase a new home or are looking for a top notch professional to list your home.
