        Didn't end up using all the material I purchased, so I returned it as they said I could. Returned material on Tuesday was told I would be cut a check on Friday. Just called and was told the lady's not their today that I would have to wait until Monday for her to write the check. I've never returned something to a company and had to wait for payment before. I thank you very much for reaching out saying that you will fix this misunderstanding! Now I know about your return policy for future reference. I would also like to point out that every other aspect of doing business with Pioneer was very professional and friendly... I will be by shortly before closing time to pick up my check thank you once again.

      Timothy, I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding. Since you were told you would have your check today I will make a point to swing by the shop and have it done before the end of the day. But, so you're aware it's very common practice in our industry to hold return checks for a period of time. A lot of customers make returns before their checks have even cleared our bank. We are a small Mom and Pop shop that only has one person who has access to writing checks and viewing bank information. That's me. And the office isn't use to me taking time off and probably were not thinking about it at the time to tell you Monday from the beginning. Again, I apologize.
