        Did such an amazing job on my sons Birthday cake!!!! Everything was perfect as ordered and delicious. Ive ordered birthday cakes from many different bakerys in this town and this one by far is the best. The ladys were nice and helpful as well! Will be back.

        This store never can complete deli or bakery orders. Theyve had to cancel my orders so many times and always find out last minute. Once I showed up for my birthday party order on the day of birthday and they didnt have it ready by requested time a month ahead & all. This is horrible customer service and I am over it! Go to the Publix is Ooltewah they can always give you whats needed. I spoke with Clayton hes of no help he said order a head of time and I told him its always ahead of time and gets canceled and he said no thats only during special holidays like football. I love football but didnt know it was a holiday! They said the high demand but in MIAMI that has WAY HIGHER DEMAND as long as you ordered 24hr in advance you got what you wanted. So youre telling me in Cleveland TN on a none holiday weekend they are too busy to complete an order placed a week in advance ? Horrible!
