Very helpful. But way to expensive all I had was 1 w2 and 1,1099. And I tried Appyling for the refund advance. The first price I was given was going to be $580.00 before another 54 and some change fee and it took less than an hours worth of work to do my entire return. I told the woman that was doing it for me that I wasn't for sure and that was really expensive and she did message her management and ask if there was anything that could be done. They ended up taking 100 off so it brought it down to $480.00 before the 54 dollar fee. So it ended up still being over $500.00 to file my taxes with them. Waited around for almost 4 to 5 hours before finally getting the text that I was approved for a $500.00 advance.... so I pretty much paid for my own advance when they claim all over their signs and online that you can get a no fee advance for up to $3,500.00. Why in the world did I only receive a $500.00 dollar advance when I paid over $500.00 for you too file my taxes, when turbo tax would've only been $82.00. I should've been able to get way more than $500.00 in an advance when my return was supposed too to be $5,125.00 before all the nonsense fees. And especially when I paid over $500.00 for you to file my taxes and you as a company are granteed to get the money. You literally have complete control over my return. Will never use again!!! Way to expensive for nothing!! The woman that helped me was very helpful and nice but I would not suggest filing your taxes with them when you can do it your self for less that a quarter of the price.
