      image I just called Spotted Dog Outfitters as I will be swinging by the Upper Toccoa this weekend. Chachi was a wealth of knowledge about the current hatches and what to expect. I really look forward to fishing with him. Awesome guy, very nice to talk to, and the Blue Ridge area is lucky to have this group locally.
