The Gables

My partner and I recently moved to the gables and our experience from the very beginning has been an absolute joy! Alexis R. has been so helpful when it comes to communication, explaining, and touring- as we choose multiple units to your before making a final decision, and she did not hesitate to show us around each unit individually! Our move in day was absolutely wonderful as well, Alexis did a final walk through of the unit with us and welcomed us to our new home! Staff have been absolutely lovely to us! Secondly to this, the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The maintenance is on spot! They take wonderful care of this place both inside and out, which is a huge bonus! The outdoor landscaping is over the top and adds so much to these beautiful units. Inside the units, paint is refreshed, new carpet is installed, before a new tenant moves in! I would highly recommend touring the gables if you are looking for a new home, this place has been so very welcoming since day one. I can not wait until we officially get settled into our new place and build a home here! The amenities that come with your lease are also a huge bonus! Having a fitness center, dog park, tenant lounge, event room, as well as a pool and grilling area! This place has went over the top in what they offer for tenants! We are so excited to be apart of the gables community! (P.S. parking has not been an issue for us!)

Alexis Reagan is the number one reason for returning to The Gables to rent the multi purpose room. The facility is wonderfully decorated and comes with a full kitchen, tables, and chairs. The process to rent was seamless, and I believe that is due to the fabulous customer service! Alexis, you are appreciated!!!!

Alexis welcomed me to the Gables on our designated time of meeting,and was very helpful and knowledgeable. My one bedroom apartment is very spacious with high clings,and 36" door way for handicapped wheelchair movement in most rooms.. Beautiful granit counter tops and new cabinets and kitchen appliances. A mud room for full size washer & drier. Can't wait to try the pool & fitness room. Overall ,I believe,I'll be very Happy here. Thank You Gables and Staff....Did I mention it's pet friendly

I really enjoyed my time at the gables. Everything was always perfect and everyone was super helpful. Alexis was always willing to help and support me every step of the way from moving in to moving out and am super thankful of that. I would highly recommend living here!
