Customer service takes quite time to process, which other banks can do a faster and better job.

First Horizon has always been good to me...Jeremiah is awesome. Customer service no complaints here.

They are awesome at this bank. Extremely helpful, and they take the time to answer any banking questions you have.

I haven't had anything amazing from this bank and they don't really offer anything to really make you feel like you have to go to them but I've never had a bad experience. I had a dispute with an account but it was nothing that they did and they were very nice and courteous the whole way. Every time I have to go in for something things are very fast and efficient and I'm usually in and out faster than I have at any other bank I've ever had. I don't understand the negatives that people are leaving and as a huge bonus if you ever losose your atm atm they are able to make a new one right then and there. That has helped me in situations soich. I'd recommend honestly but I wouldn't say they are the best thing out there.
