        I bought two tubes of color that came out patchy and off I called and asked if I could exchange them and was told I cannot return them as they had been opened. Of course they had been opened, how else would I know they didnt work correctly? Absolute garbage return policy that doesnt even allow an exchange to make the situation right. Obviously, not the fault of the associates, but still not great.

        Excellent customer service this is my favorite about all Beauty supply stores in Cookeville. There are only 2 you have to have a professional license to go in, like I said The Best
