Went there to get a dualsense 5 controller they didnt have any new ones, but they had preowned ones. I usually dont get preowned ones. but the store manager there named Dan said they have been tested and theyre good to go. I bought one got home when I went to use it. The left thumb stick gets stuck when it goes to the far left and the mic on the controller does not even work. So I had to get a refund and go to a local game store and they had new ones, so yeah do not trust them when they say that they have tested the controllers. Because clearly someone else did that and lied to them, next time dont sell what you dont test. Ps. If you do you need a PS five controller, I recommend going to gamexchange because they have new ones!
