Went in for accent highlights and was told it was a money piece and that if I wanted the highlights it would cost more. Was left with splotchy hair color and breakage on the ends.

I just had a very bad experience. The older lady with the ashy black hair color and caked on make up was very rude. It was not that serious she acted like that. She would not let me hold the product to read the ingredient list and to make other comparisons so she basically acted like somebody was going to run out that heavy broke door and steal the product. It was 153.00 with 9.75 % taxes dollars, people, not C&1053.00. Some people when they have a scarcity around money thats how they act. It's not so much not being able to hold the product as much as she was very hateful about it.. EDIT I just read another review from someone who is an Platinum ulta member she said if you don't have make up on when you go in there you get treat bad. That must have been what it was. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I do not wear make up I don't have too.I am so disappointed in this location. He hair was balled up like a cotton ball on the back of her head

It was my first time ever getting brows and lashes done; I was a little nervous but Laura and the other young lady made me feel so comfortable and did a great job; I love my new look! Will be returning in the future.
