I had a few teeth including all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and never once had the issues I had after I came here. To start the dentist was awful he did not care about my concerns and walked out of our consult as I was talking. The girls in the back let me know when people leave bad reviews they have people in the office flood the website with good reviews to bury the bad. I've never been man handled brused and in as much pain from a tooth extraction like I experienced here. They also charged me around $500 for a deposit saying it would be returned if my insurance covered it. After speaking to my insurance I was informed they cover it 100% but the office claims it was not paid and they will not give my money back. They are liars and I plan to take them to court. If you want to be scammed out of your money and left in pain for weeks come here if not I suggest going somewhere better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had nothing but awful military dentists my entire life leaving me scared to death of the dentist. Upon walking in to get my tooth removed I was crying because last time I had the same tooth removed on the other side I had a terrible experience and now have sinus issues. The staff was kind and understanding. When Courtland came in to meet me, I was crying trying to explain why I was so terrified. He did not look up at me once, no eye contact hardly spoke a word and walked out.His bedside manner was terrible but I thought it was me being nervous. Three days after my tooth was removed I was still in terrible pain so I contacted him no one picked up so I left a vm. He let me know he was out of town via text and pretty much blew me off. After texting a bit he finally called me and let me know during the procedure he had punctured my sinus connectivity which was not once brought up the day of, not to me or my ride.I was finding this out 3 days later. My cousin who's a dentist and my referring dentist said on Wed I should have been given the triple A protocol because he did that. He kept repeating on the phone he could not deal with this and I needed to find someone else for these type of problems. He also kept casually implying it was my fault the sinus connectivity was broke because he fixed it and me blowing my nose and puking from a stomach virus is what caused it even though it was not broke until he broke it. I had to go to the er because my face was so swollen and everything I ate drank or rinsed in my mouth came out of my nose. When I asked him what to do he said not to do those things. The er dr spoke with him to get a clearer pic of what was going on because er Drs are not dentists. The er dr came back and told me to run as fast as I could from Courtland and never go back and suggested I call an attorney. Now here I am 5 days later with unreal pain in my face that shoots to my ear and eye, I can't eat or hardly drink, I can't take any kind of medication because I can't eat with it and everything goes from the gaping hole he left in my mouth straight out my nose. Since, he removed my tooth on Wed I've been to the er and back to the dentist who referred me and now have to go back to another oral surgeon to fix what he did tomorrow which is tues. So almost a week after my tooth was pulled I'm still dealing with the pain and not being able to eat or drink. I will NEVER go back there not even if you paid me. If you are referred to him or just reading reviews please go somewhere else. I've since had to pay an additional $3k to have the hole fixed, my sinuses closed and I will probably need another surgery to fix the damage he's done. Below is the 1cm hole he left in my mouth. Normal is 1 to 3 mm but mine is 1cm. Do not trust him with your mouth.
