Great value and family owned
They have a very affordable deal if you drop off Monday and pickup on Friday
The clothes were clean and ironed well

Horrible experience and customer service, my fiance got a tux for my brothers wedding and we got measurements sent since we lived out of town and it wasnt even close to fitting him and they wouldnt do anything about it or refund us and this was the day before the wedding!! They wouldnt even let him try it on when we picked it up before we paid also. Thankful an amazing company near by stepped up and had a new suit over nighted. I cant imagine doing business this way. So unprofessional! And as you can see in the picture there is no way he could wear that in the wedding.

Our records indicate that your fiance was not measured by our staff, he was measured at Men's Warehouse. Also, the bride and groom were called on Monday before the event that Saturday. They were told all parties attending needed to come in for a final fitting and try on. He came in Friday night, the day before the event. A refund was offered but it was insisted that the suit was to be taken and tried on at home instead. As you can see by the photo you have posted. Our policy is if the suit leaves the store it's rented.

We used Daughertys Cleaners and Tuxedos for an event we were attending. We were needing to rent tuxedos for 4 family members. The gentleman that was working there was absolutely wonderful. He helped make our event memorable. Definitely would recommend using them for any formal event you are planning. Great business and very professional!! We will be using them again!!
