        Chicken was overcooked and dried out, especially breast piece. Even the batter was hard and not chewable. Purchased a signature 4 piece meal. Table counters were not wiped. I went to my vehicle and obtained a couple of Lysol wipes, and wiped down the table. Floor was full of crumbs at most of the seating area. Legs of chairs at the table we used were missing caps that help them not to rock. Napkin dispenser cover was broken and made it difficult to retrieve napkins put in. Womens bathroom had the toilet cover missing, and the trash can was full and needed to be emptied. All employees were behind the counter during the 30-plus minutes we visited that store.

        We've gotten sick three times in the last six months, and our last order had a gnat in the biscuits. I don't know what's going on, but this whole location is a miss. T
