        My husband and I have not had our account there a year but we have had three fraud issues already. We have to keep changing our cards and we pay the majority of our bills with our cards we can not keep changing our info every couple months or so. Granted they have fixed our issues. We did not had any issues like that a our old bank. I thought a credit union is suppose to be better. Has anybody else had fraud issues with this credit union?

        I started the account process online but ran out of the willpower to complete the process on my own with everything else going on with my move. Enter Cody, who solved all of my issues in about 10 minutes flat and with welcoming and friendly customer service skills. He provided me with all the tools I needed to get my account started, including things I didn't even think about like a direct deposit letter. He treated me like a human, not a number and made my transition to a local TN credit union an easy one.
