I could not be more grateful to these folks. Not only were they able to give me honestly more food than I could eat in the span of a few months, but they're also able to help me on an electric bill that I was scrambling to try and cover. They also provided me with a packet of resources full of other places that would be able to help where they could not, like with helping in my job search. They were very friendly and straight-forward, and I cannot thank them enough. These folks do life-saving work.

I went to yall for help with rent. I was told by the lady if I got the back rent caught up they would cover $300 of the following rent. Once I submitted my paperwork I got message from my landlord saying something was wrong. I called the office the next day and proceeded to be called a liar and that I was banned due to me lying on my application. Im a honest man of my word. I even showed the lady I pay the total owed and I was informed that they would help if I could get it within $300. The lady I was transferred to is rude and unprofessional.

Their services have helped poor people for years, myself more than once. And for the most part, the people who work there are very helpful.
