        Briana was very professional and polite considering the attitude given to her by the manager Jackie. From the shampoo to the end Jackie was rude to Briana and myself as well. From constantly questioning Briana, to ripping the clips from my hair and proceeding to " show her how to do it " after I protested stating only 1 person was cutting my hair. She then took 2 snips from my hair anyway. I was real close to walking out unfinished but I stayed and let Briana finish. Although she was visibly shaken as evident by her face and shaking hands. I can only imagine how she felt. As I was pissed. If Jackie is going to treat employees and customers that way perhaps she should choose a different job.
