        This company arbitrarily decided to add our son to our insurance policy without our consent because it's "company policy". The cost of which nearly emptied our bank account. Their "company policy" won't allow them to remove him from our policy. It's a very deceitful business practice.

      As discussed in our conversation, customer service did this, not my agency. When we attempted to remove your son, we were not able to because he has a valid drivers license and a vehicle titled in his name. I apologize for your frustration. The State of Tennessee is simply trying to prevent uninsured motorist on our roads.
