        You will regret going to get your car recall fixed, first they dont call you back after you leave a voicemail, than Lucas is very unprofessional, thinks its funny to ask if they will pick the car up to fix there recall so working people dont have to miss a day of work to get it fixed. Kia messed up, they should have to come get it and fix it

        We were on our honeymoon and our Kia started having issues. We took it into the Cumberland Kia dealership and the service department was over the top helpful and friendly. Got us on the road quickly. A special shout out to Lucas in the in the service department who was just amazing!
