Im happy with them. Ive been going there for years. I feel like Im important when I go. Dr. Swartz is fantastic. Shes thorough when I see her and she listens to me. Thats how I want to be treated. We get along well.

Aside from the EXTREME wait times, they will not answer the phone and will not return your calls. I left a msg about 6-8 months ago... a few months ago I left another... it said not to leave multiple so I thought I'd respect that. Waited another several months... called again 3 weeks ago thinking I'd give it one more try... No call back.

Ive been going to this office for many years. At first I actually saw Dr. Donavan, a neurologist, but after while I somehow started seeing an NP. Nothing wrong with that, until today she actively started to medically gaslight me and had the worst bedside manner Ive ever experienced in my life. Im talking to the point I was sobbing in the room with her in it. She didnt even bat an eye, no compassion, just in a cold tone said we have tissues. Im finally deciding to leave this office after many years of sticking it out with them due to fear of having to wait months for a referral. Id rather do the waiting. I havent even seen the neurologist in 4-5 years, which is insane to me considering the issues I was having be treated. The wait times at this office will literally have you waiting HOURS after your appointment time, and honestly its just a mess over there. The only good thing about that office is the nurse who takes my vitals before the doctor comes in. That woman is a saint, I loved her. But everything else is a sinking ship and I highly advise you run in a different direction if you can.
