Baylor did an amazing job on my facial today! I left feeling refreshed and energized. She also worked on my shoulders and massaged the knots out. Definitely go see her if you need a mental health day!!

Hannah Bean did an express facial on me today, and it was wonderful! I'm definitely going back to her for any skin care needs. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She was able to address my skincare needs so I know what kind of treatment to get next!

As a former employee, run from this place as fast as you can. As just one in a myriad of many professionals over the last few years, I can attest to the disrespect given both to customers as well as employees. The Medical Director, Dr. Jain, and owner, Natasha Jain, are very rarely present and count on other staff to deal with angry clients who have concerns. Very little to no authority is given to the office manager or lead nurse to make decisions to the operations of the business even though they are typically left alone there for days at a time. Free consultations are actually high pressure sales by Natasha - often for procedures that are not appropriate for many of the clients she is selling them to. She often will try to repeatedly get them to take out excessive amounts of financing on Care Credit or Cherry with high interest payments, when the customers have already voiced concern they are having trouble just making ends meet. She forces office staff to call and harass people every week about the consultation or to come back and get additional services. Although Natasha presents herself as a highly trained professional to do laser treatments and radiofrequency microneedling on people's faces - please understand she has only attended product related trainings for the procedures and is not a licensed clinician of ANY kind. She gets people to sign contracts when booking a service, and at times when they have a severe reaction or damage done during the procedure - she refuses to refund any money for even FUTURE procedures they haven't even had performed yet - saying they knew what they were signing. When people have threatened to sue her over damage done by her such as burning their faces with the laser requiring a surgery - she refused to refund any money and took a "don't care attitude" about them getting an attorney saying simply her contract would cover her. She rips employees out of money and doesn't follow through on promises as she constantly changes the terms of "what she meant". Natasha doesn't care about people at all except for her own family. Please do not work for this place or go to them for any services!!!
