Ameristone is a wonderful family owned company. They have the best quality materials to choose from and really are vested in helping you make a difficult time easy. I loved sitting with Mrs. Debbie and having her guide me through all my options and they even had some before and after pictures of their work against their competitors. Deciding on a final monument for a loved one can seem very daunting and overwhelming but they sat with and walked me through every detail and made sure I understood everything and explained exactly how much everything was going to cost. Debbie and Jim Dixon were a pleasure to do business with. My dad and I were planning ahead for his and my mothers monument as she was in late stages of dementia. Additionally, we selected a monument for my brother at the same time. The abundant amount of samples they have on hand really made our decisions very easy. Proofs were sent timely, changes were made and new proofs were sent to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. My mother passed before installation so her death date was easily added and both monuments were installed today, 3/22/2022. My dad was very happy with the quality of the workmanship and installation. We had lost our son and we were at the lowest time in our life. Everything was happening so fast. When we met Mrs. Debbie she was so kind and understanding with us we had no idea what we were looking for or what we wanted. Debbie worked with us every step of the way. We worked on my son head stone for at least six months. Mrs Debbie put our feelings first she listen to what we wanted and how we wanted it. We stayed in contact with one another and that what I like the most about my experience they made me feel that we were important and what we wanted mattered and she made sure that it was done the way we wanted it.
