I have to give much praise to Jeff at Seagrave mortgage. Me and my wife have been working with him for many months now, biding time until we find the right home to buy. He has always made time for me even on my many random pop-ins to ask a question or give him an update. I genuinely look forward to closing on a home with a loan from Seagrave Mortgage!

Patty and her team went above and beyond to help us with our home loan. We wrote multiple offers and she was always quick to draw up the paperwork. There is a lot of stress associated to a home purchasing transaction. Patty always lessened our stress levels, never skipping a beat with our questions and requests. Her demeanor was always understanding and patient while we navigated the sale. We will absolutely recommend her to friends and family. We also will work with her for any future lending needs. I've been looking at houses for 2 years. During that time we had talked to several mortgage people. Everyone had limited knowledge and slow response time. Everyone. Not Seagrave Mortgage. Questions I had were answered by Patty immediately as she KNOWS the info. She knows the details of the mortgage types where many places didn't. Quick to respond, rates were on the lower end of what the current market is, and incredibly helpful. Worked with Tommy as well who had a fast response time and was so helpful. They are amazing. Won't go anywhere else in the future.
