I have been a patient there for over three and half years. I always kept my appt. The dentist recommended I purchase a product to brush my gums with called ECO balance manufactured by GLO Science. They charged me $50.00. I went online and found I could buy the same product for $30.00 and with free shipping. I called Dr. Kim who runs the operation three days ago explaining the situation. I asked for a callback. I realize she has to make a profit but not 20.00 when I am on medicare.  I called back asking why Dr. Kim has not called. They said she has been very busy. I mentioned she does not care about her existing patients.  I am questioning all her charges if she is overcharging in her prices. I think she is a ripoff. I would recommend going somewhere else.  Dr. Ava is good, but she has no say in the practice. Dr. Ava, you are too good to work there.

I have been a patient at Family Dentistry Group in Cookeville for quite some time, so I was very nervous to hear that our long time doctor had retired. I decided to still get my cleanings done here since it has always retained that warm, family feeling. I had Dr. Gannon and she was wonderful! Made sure all my questions were answered, and was so sweet and polite. I can tell she really cares about her patients. I had a few fillings done and my mouth did not hurt one bit afterwards! I would recommend my family and friends to continue going here.
