        I have nothing but praise for the way MAC handled my year-long rental in Cookeville TN. From the start to the end, everything was first class: I initiated my rental online from another state, and the home was exactly as represented; any time I had to report something to maintenance, it was handled immediately. Communication with property manager Keri was excellent, the move-out was handled smoothly, no complaints whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone.
