Extremely rude and unprofessional. Scheduled me wrong and then told me Ill have to reschedule. Then was rude when I was asking questions about scheduling. Its terrible that this is the only place to go in Cookeville for certain issues. They need better staff up front. Youre better off going somewhere else than even trying with the girls who run the front.

Every time I call or go up there the staff is always so nice and respectful and helps out a bunch

Apathetic. Overstaffed but couldnt see me until three weeks from today. Not offering any covid 19 testing. The girl at the front desk was rude.

I just tried to reschedule a Wic appointment because of a terrible cold and fever and the lady was very rude and short with me and said she couldnt reschedule the appointment today. I would have to call back in a couple of days. Then hung up on me. No professionalism at all.

Dude they never answer and if they do its some snobby chick who trips cause her side of the phone line cuts out.
