Unprofessional, uncaring realty staff. Will not put clients best interests before their commission. Think they are entitled to a commission even with absolutely no work put forth by the realty agent. Don't waste your time with this company, find a different real estate agency that is professional and compassionate about their work!
UPDATE: Previously had issues with an agent at this company. However when my issues became known with the previous agent, Melodee Bartlett took over and she was wonderful. She went above and beyond for me.
