SERVPRO was very attentive to the needs of our repairs. Our bathroom, pantry, and coat closet flooded from a bathroom pipe breakage. SERVPRO arrived in a timely manner and got to work. Greg, the team lead on the job, was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. They cleaned up the mess and fixed the repairs in great time. Im extremely satisfied with the service I received. Thank you to the super sweet lady I first spoke to on the phone (I didnt get her name) who calmed a very frantic homeowner by explaining the process and promptly answering all of my questions. Thank you Devery for quickly coming out and assessing everything and again answering all my questions and explaining everything. And last but not least, thank you Phil and John for cleaning everything up and being so careful and meticulous with my belongings. I am super picky about who I choose to do any work around my home and would 100% recommend these guys!
