I have now been a resident at Parks Edge for 7 years. The property is beautiful and well- maintained. The office staff and property management are phenomenal! Everyone is professional and genuine. The maintenance team is extraordinarily skilled and truly amazing

Publishing from other account, because somehow the first review "disappeared", also my husband's. And the answer to my child's review from Park's Egde is a big proof that nothing will change - they don't even see the problems. As I said - the place as such is awesome, maintenance guys can fix anything in a short time, but the administration - OH MY GOD(Janice woice). To break to lease was very expensive, because they "forgot" the 50% off, BUT we are happy with the decision to do that.

This is a warning to all! Stay away from renting here! My husband and I moved to TN and we were so excited to start our new chapter only for it be met with stress and strain. 1. The office staff is very rude. 2. They dislike when you submit requests for items to be fixed. 3. They dislike when you follow up on those requests. 4. The corporate office will not do anything to help you if you report anything. 5. Read all reviews! Believe the negative reviews. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere for an apartment in Cordova. We had an on going issue for almost 6 months re: no air circulating in the living room. We would submit tickets and they would get closed out. We started calling , sending emails and going in person and nothing was done other than sending a team over to open up the vent to them say its a defect . I got into a disagreement with the manager and she went and lied about she felt threaten. First of all let the record show I am not a violent woman and I went around to the office with my purse in hand (no weapon) she lied and made it seem as if I went around there to send threats. I have been in this country for over 10 years and there is no police record for me and I can stand by that! She and her team contacted their lawyer who then drafted a notice to vacate because of the review I wrote after the incident.. which was just the truth) you are disgusting and dishonest! And I will say it again its clear you have an issue with us hard working Immigrants! They even tried to charge us for ending the lease! My husband had to remind them that they are the ones who demanded we leave so we dont owe you ANYTHING!!!! That goes to show you the type of people you are dealing with. Be wise! Stay clear of this place! Who God bless .. no man curse! We moved out of that horrible apartment. Thank God! I refuse to be bullied to remove my review as it is the TRUTH so this review will stay up and I hope it reaches everyone! One day you will learn your lesson. Until then I will continue to tell anyone that has ears about what you did to us! Stay away!
