Decided to stay here for the indoor pool but not heating the room and keeping the pool practically freezing isnt of benefit or use. No shower curtain in bathroom, had to have one put it Wifi does not work Tv does not even work and does not appear to be connected to the internet

Be aware of the fact that your car most likely will be damaged! I woke up to car alarms and saw 4 thieves in progress with a get away car waiting. They managed to break one car window before I pounded on the window and they took off. When police arrived I was told this hotel is the ONLY one in the area that doesnt have security onsite. They are there several times a week. Nice hotel and great rate but come on- give your guests some peace of mind and hire security. Safety: Doesnt matter if car is parked in the front or back- still high probability that it will be damaged. No security on site and police are there several times a week. Personally seen a robbery in progress.

My daughter and I were traveling with my small granddaughters for her business. Our stay was from April 1 to April 3 2024 The rooms are extremely dated. For a Hilton product, extremely disappointing. Tuesday 4/2 upon going outside for coffee, I noticed 6 vehicles front and back of lot had windows busted out. IT IS MEMPHIS! But dang!! It was alarming to know that a night auditor or desk clerk would not have heard or observed anything!!! Very suspicious!!! Storm came, power out for three hours! Hilton cant afford generator?? Officers on property waiting on guests to come out to start their day to get info for report of car burglaries. This hotel takes no vehicle information upon arrival. Sooooo how would you know whos a registered guest? Very unnerving for women with small children traveling alone. The last night of our stay I instructed my daughter to park in the very front of the hotel under the security light. It was a handicap space. But when youre frightened, youll do things to protect your life and property!! That said, when preparing to leave, there was a ticket from good ole Memphis PD. WHERE WERE THEY THE NIGHT BEFORE WHEN ALL THE VEHICLES WERE BURGLARIZED??? Its private property and the police have to be asked to do that. I own that we parked in the space, but it was due to safety. And just FYI no cameras were working. Like I said SUSPICIOUS. Towels are scarce. When we asked for extra towels, we were told there werent any due to the power outage. That was from the housekeeper on the second floor. There are other places in this immediate area to stay We chose the Hilton brand because of the high standard of quality no matter the area. Rooms: Very dated!! For Hilton Brand, very disappointing! Nearby activities: IKEA is across the street. Dont walk its not safe. Dont leave your car at the hotel property its not safe. Thats how ridiculous the situation was. Safety: Very poor

My stay was March 15, 2024. 5th Floor 90% of rooms were being remodeled hallway to get to room had sheet rock dust in hallways with plastic coverings over the rooms that were under construction. Floor was dirty, dark with lights out and felt like a construction zone. We felt like we were the only ones staying on the floor I saw no other guest. The room we stayed in was moldy, shower pan was mildew not clean and furnishings were tired and tattered. Why would they put guest on a floor that was under construction? I asked when we checked out the next morning and the front desk confirmed - yes, its being remodeled but not an explanation as to why they were putting us on a floor like that - they didn't get it. I would never stay here again. Waste of Hilton Honors points. I filled out their survey about my stay and requested someone contact me but nothing. Bad experience! Ghetto!
