Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The branch in Dyersburg, Tennessee has a new branch manager named, Ms. Neq (Neek) Golliday and a Management Trainee, Mr. Caleb Williams. Both of them are doing a superb job. Their customer service is a five star experience. They had constant smiles. And they explained everything with ease. I hope that whenever I have to do business with Enterprise that it will be with one or both of them. Excellent team.

Positive atmosphere. The woman I believe she the manager neek went above and beyond for me. This is my second time in the past 3 months. The staff are friendly. Great customer service. They are professional. Great staff!

Did not get my deposit back and I was over charged and they won't refund it. Was given a car that had cracks in windshield and needed an oil change. Now my account is overdrawn and I keep getting the run around. Very disappointed. I never had a bad experience with them until now. Wish I could give 0 stars.

This place is highly recommended. Neq Neek Golliday the Branch Manager went above and beyond any expectations. She should be the one who trains everyone on Customer Service Rented for one week, online simple process for pickup. Even listened to my sob story and truly blessed me and almost had me crying tears of joy. THANK YOU AGAIN NEEK

Car broke down hour& half outside of home on our way to a concert in another state. Backorder on part too. Yay. We set up a last minute reservation by phone & when we arrived Enterprise was out of cars. Stranded, realizing our trip was now canceled waiting on family to make the long haul to come get us & luggage at dealership someone returned a car. Neq Golliday went above & beyond remembering how stranded we were & called us to come get returned car. Currently back on our journey to St Louis which would have never happened without Ms.Golliday. The whole town of Dyersburg was so kind to us today in every way.
