        Has a sign on the door that says System is down, door will be locked along the time and want answer there. If that's there service, there costumer service is probably no good either.

        Get told the system is down literally every single time I walk in the door. No bill payment, no upgrades, nothing. All they can do is sell chargers and cases, and those are cheaper at Walmart. Next nearest location is 40 miles away. Changing carriers because the Dyersburg store refuses to try and get their stuff together.
