Dyersburg Skin Clinic

I drove 1 & a half hours to my appointment. This place had all of my info prior to this appointment. I've been there before! When I get there, the desk clerk states that they no longer take my insurance. (I was scheduled for a chemical peel so it wouldn't have been covered anyway) Then the lady told me that they stopped doing them. Then, I spoke to the office manager & she states they stopped doing them... then proceeds to say, "they can't do a chemical peel on my type" I'm assuming they don't do chemical peels on African Americans. I've wasted 3 hours when they could have called and told me this upfront or either denied the appointment altogether!

Dr. Busch is an excellent physician and person, and he goes above and beyond to help his patients. He listened to me when other doctors did not. He took the time to educate me on my medications that were not allergy/dermatology medications (when he didnt have to) because he truly cares. He is a rare find in a provider. In addition, the nurses are very sweet and will treat you like family.

They took forever to return phoned calls about medication approval, so long in fact when the pharmacy got the forms, they needed one more and the skin clinic said oh you'll have to come on again for another visit? What!? It's so expensive. Horrible way to treat people. Do not recommend this office.

Dr. Bush has been seeing me for well over 6 years and He's a Great Dr. Staff is also wonderful.
