Tried to buy ammo for my rifle they told me I cant buy bullets at 19 they need to learn the law or close shop. They store 5 minutes away would sell me a pistol caliber rifle he told me because I am under 21 I cant buy shotgun shells either bcuz they go in a short barreled shotgun these people do not need to be working there

I brought a pistol to Old South for a minor repair. They did a great job in a timely manner. The price for the repair was very reasonable. When I arrived to pick the pistol up Paul explained the problem and offered extremely helpful advice to avoid the problem from happening again. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

I took my Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm to have the front sight adjusted as it was off a few degrees to the right. I wasnt even sure if they could do it or not as this was my first time in the store. Paul Anderson assured me that he could do it, and it didnt take but just a few minutes, and he was done! I went to go pay, and Paul stated that there was no cost to me To say that I was taken aback is an understatement. Paul and I got to talking about various things and it becomes very obvious that he is well versed in his trade, and more so, he doesnt talk down to you as a customer, and goes above and beyond to help you with anything that you have questions about. Although I didnt get to tour the entire shop, the shop has practically anything that the average shooter could desire, and probably then some. I ended up buying a cleaning kit and some Hoppes No. 9 cleaner. In addition to adjusting my front sight free of charge, Paul also gave me a military discount of 15% for my service in Army. My closing thoughts are this: Paul and his business truly exemplifies what customer service is all about. Thank you Paul Anderson for all of your knowledge, and your willingness to treat the customer well. You have definitely won over a brand new customer, and I will certainly be back for any, and all of my firearm needs.
