Worst customer service! 1. Contacted company on order status, got a response referring me to another dept.....still no response! 2. Called on the phone, listened to all the prompts.......mail box full.....can't leave a message. 3. I don't care how good the product is, if you can't get service after the sale the product is worthless to me.

Sent a TAC 9 lower back for a repair or replacement on January 11, 2024. Have not received any response about the lower as of this writing. I tracked the lower and they actually I received it on the 16 of January. Now I have nothing and can't get anybody to respond to multiple E- mails. Calling is a waste of time, no answer or response. Wouldn't buy from this company!

Website says in store shopping but when you show up to purchase something the parking lot has cars but the door is locked and nobody will answer the door or the phone!! BAD BUSINESS

So, gonna keep this rather short and to the point. The communication is terrible. They claim to be shorthanded (when I finally did receive an email response after about 3 emails). I get that, everyone is. But at least acknowledge an FFL purchase within a week. Bought the carbon fiber lower. Cannot use it. It isn't straight (or at least the buffer tube area is not). Took pictures, as best as one can trying to shoot thru a hole to show how the upper was offset to one side. And also one taken from the top showing just how far off to the side it is. Yes, tried 4 different uppers, and all were the same. Took pics and sent a rather courteous (considering the issue) email to them explaining and showing the issue. No response. I really don't care, as I explained to them that the lower was being cut in half and thrown in the trash. Honestly, not worth my time / money to try to hash it out with them. I simply told them that I wanted to bring their attention to a problem they might want to address. I lost about $60 with them, plus another $30 for the background check. It's been right at 3 days, no response. I just wanted to post this so that others can make their own decision on taking a chance. I do take into account that this is the holiday season, but someone really should be keeping up with communications. Oh yeah, they're shorthanded.... I forgot. I'm giving this product / experience 2 stars, as the lower was very light (4.1oz) and would have made a heck of a build.
