        They throw out a lot of useful stuff in their dumpster but restrict access to the dumpster. I asked one of their store managers Ms. Angie about it. She said they have this policy because they would be held liable if someone got hurt. Sounds like a dumb reason to me. I don't understand why they won't allow people to take things they are trying to get rid of.
