Tina has always been rude at the front desk. I literally dread having to speak with her when in the office. Now I called and she asked me to hold but put me on hold before I could respond I held until the time ran out and then it rang again but went to voicemail. I thought it was a mistake so I called back and exact same thing happened. Its 5 minutes each time so this was a total of 10 minutes. I called back to ask to speak with someone else but she did it again, I called back and called her by name and she still did it again 4 times in a row! I get you can be busy then let the call go straight to voicemail dont answer it and basically hang up, but even worse waste almost half an hour of my day! At this point Tina owes my $30 for my time! I hate to leave this review because the rest of the staff is great but you cant get to them because you have to go through her and this has gone on for years!
