they need to teach drive thru people how to put attention to the customer and definitely learn item numbers. very disappointed

Food was good BUT the drive thru lady was plain rude... And that's considering her working with someone on a normal day. However, I was taking someone out to "reintroduce" them into normal behavior after a traumatic event.. trying to show them how to work back into normality... And she was just so rude, ignore them, talked over them and made them feel worse about trying .. doubt I'll ever come back... And if I do. I hope to find better customers service with a friendlier staff.

The little girl at the window, she needs to be let go, she is probably who is running your customers away. Rude at the speaker, "Huh?" " You want a whopper for a dollar?" "What you want?" "Huh?"... All we was asking is if yall still had the buy a whopper and get one for a dollar. She got her wish, we wont be back! She thought it was funny.
