Absolutely outstanding! I contacted AC Comfort Solutions based on their positive reviews and recommendations online, and its easy to see why they have such a great reputation! Chris, the owner, came out right away and it didnt take him long to determine that our 20 year old HVAC system was done for. Even with that, he still gave me options, including what it might cost just to get the heat working. Ultimately, it didnt make sense to sink a lot of money into costly repairs for such an old system but I appreciated that he gave me options anyway. We decided to go with a new unit. We had the bad luck of having our system quit on a holiday weekend with a huge cold front and several inches of snow. Chris was determined to make sure we had heat and went *far* above and beyond getting the unit we needed as soon as the manufacturer was open. He prioritized getting the equipment we needed and they came straight here, working in the snow in 15 degree weather to make sure we were taken care of. I was so impressed with Chriss honesty, fair pricing, incredibly high quality work, and commitment to customer service. He really pays attention to the little details, right down to how the unit looks when its installed. Sometimes you work with a business owner that just seems ethical and trustworthy right away, and thats the impression I got from Chris. I called in a crisis and after how attentive and outstanding they were, they definitely have a committed customer in me!
