Best nails set Ive ever get in my life! I came here as my friends recommendation and Ombre Nails did not disappoint me. The girl who did my nails is very nice and she did exactly what I asked for. Will be back

I got recommended Ombr nails a lot and I have to say its worth it. I took my mom and my sister there today and we had such a great time. They had baby pedicure chair for her and my mom said shes satisfied with the gel pedicure service. This was my first time trying dip power and it turned out really pretty. Ill definitely come back.

I used to absolutely love this place. They did good acrylics on me for almost 2 years until the two nail techs who were good at it left. I received acrylic sets from Katie. She was very nice and respectful. The first red flag was I got no soak off. They took out some of their plastic nails and ran it under the acrylics and on top of my natural nails to get them to come off. It hurts even after they file your nails down to make the acrylic easily breakable. Katie was very sweet through the rest of the service and did a good job with the acrylic application and shaping. I had showed her a picture earlier in the service of what I wanted my nails to look like. It was a white chrome french tip design. She started doing the french tip with hot pink.not sure why but she told me to trust the process so I did. Unfortunately, even though she is very skilled, my nails were no where near what I had originally shown her. I got those nails off a couple days ago. To my surprise, they pulled out the nail tips and tried to take my nails off with them once again. My nails werent budging but she tried to dig them into my nails as much as she could until I couldnt take the pain of it anymore. They were very respectful and asked if I was okay many times but this strategy seems extremely unprofessional to me. This is no blame whatsoever to the employees, this is probably a management issue since they changed their management recently and I have never been treated this way at this location beforehand. Also I am not sure why I got hot pink nails instead of white ones. Maybe a miscommunication but there was a picture shown.

I like this place very much. Its very clean and pretty inside. Kim, my manicurist is knowledgeable and does a great job.
