I was contacted by Zack Miller, The initial phone call was to tell me more about Holland Sharpe and go over my Resume. He asked very detailed questions so he could make sure he found the right fit for me. He told me about 2 companies he had in mind. One of them only had a shift available that I couldnt work, he immediately took it out of contention and did not try to pressure me into taking it. This company then had an opening on a shift that would work for me, Holland Sharpe contacted me immediately to see if it was something I would be interested in. I interviewed and got a job offer. I told Zack that I had an interview set up for that day and that I would like to wait before accepting any offer. Once again he immediately said that is fine, and did not pressure me at all, only asked of a time he could contact me after the interview. I ended up accepting this job, I reached back out to Zack to let him know that I would be turning down the offer they had for me. He congratulated me on my new job even though it was not through them. I have dealt with quite a few staffing agencies, and this one is not like the others at all. They want you to be in a role that you will thrive and enjoy. I would not hesitate to use Holland Sharpe if I am in need of a job, in my opinion they are one of the few that care about people instead of the numbers they can get.
