Ill start with saying I dont leave reviews much if ever. But if you are looking for advice on this company I say they are solid. Started with having the hardwood floors expanded into the kitchen. They matched the existing perfectly and stained the entire house so they were all one color. Turned out amazing! Then decided to have them replace all the baseboards and now the space is completely transformed. Saul was great managing the process the entire time as well as other members of his team. For such a large job it was stress free the entire time and damn do they work quick. The Footprints Floors team was amazing from start to finish! Gayle is the absolute best - she took the time to thoroughly walk through the plan/vision with me and made sure I had all the info I needed before the project started. Then Greg was our project manager and he rocked! Our tile pattern was a bit different and Greg and the team took the time to walk through the pattern with me before lay down so we were all on the same page. Footprints far exceeded my expectations. Their professional, customer service and workmanship is second to none. Gayle came to my home and took all the measurements. She was an absolute joy to work with. Jason , Greg, and Saul along with Miguel and his team made sure that I was pleased with every step of my LVP installation.
